Music is a beautiful way of conveying our words and thoughts. Its main elements are rhythm and pitch. This word “music” is derived from “mousike”, the art of muses. The best way to dispose off your tiredness and relax your body is with a healthy song. If you are feeling depressed or low, music will help you. Singing songs, playing music and even listening to a refreshing song is enough to relieve you from this world. It has the ability to take us in the world of imagination. Practicing singing, dancing and playing instruments are the best ways to control the storm in our mind. It helps in controlling our emotions and for some people it is a medicine, which helps them to come out of mental depression and lead a normal life. Music is the path to make your life more happy and cheerful.

Music– The Essence Of  Life

“Take Music bath once or twice a week because music is to the soul what water is to the body,” Such is the true saying by Dr. Charles Eliot. Music by all means is enchanting. For the listeners, it is heart whelming, for the players it is mind refreshing and for the singers it is a soul re-energising experience.

Music plays a vital role just from the very beginning of our lives, mothers sing lullabies for their infants and children love to sing and listen to the ecstatic rhymes. Even utterly wondering about the song takes us into another world of ours. It is just ideal at any moment or day in our lives.

Music is said to ameliorate the concentration power amongst people, predominantly the youngsters. Music makes recollecting things easier as it rejuvenates us. Music is also a therapy which our ancestors introduced, it is known as “Music Therapy” and assists a person vanquish psychiatric disorders or even ageing!  Undoubtedly music can touch our lives.
